The First Annual Midwest Shootout will be held in Minneapolis, Minnesota from Friday, June 29th to Sunday, July 1st. The event will take place at Eden Prairie High School. This tournament is designed for the the top high school travel teams in the country to showcase their skills in front of 40+ college recruiters.
Each team must have a minimum of 20 players. The cost is $260.00 per player.
Each team will play a guaranteed 5 games throughout the weekend. Individual skills clinics will be held on Friday starting at 3 pm. Clinics lead by college coaches will also run throughout the weekend. A schedule of these weekend clinics will be made available closer to the camp.
An All Star game showcasing the top 40 players as selected by the college coaches will take place on Saturday night after the last game under the lights in the stadium.
Each game will consist of 22 minute running halves with a 4 minute halftime. There will be 2 referees on each field and 40+ Division I, II, & III college coaches in attendance for recruiting purposes. Arrangements for discounted accommodations have been made at area hotels so please check our hotel page for details. All teams are required to provide their own transportation to the fields each day.
