The Lakeshore Developmental Team program was founded on the idea that year-round development builds better team chemistry and individual player skills. The Lakeshore staff has seen and worked with some of the top travel programs in the country and our staff knows what it takes to compete at that level. The Lakers development teams will have activities in the summer and fall seasons. The goal of the year-round schedule is to train our players for success in their summer and fall tournaments as well as their respective high school seasons.

Lakeshore coaches and directors have played at every level of the game including NCAA, professional and the world games. Our staff also coaches locally at the University of MN, Minnesota high schools and at the youth levels. Lakers coaches can provide extensive knowledge as it pertains to both on-field skills and the recruiting process while garnering quality exposure from college coaches across the country. The end goal is create a strong developmental program where our instructors can produce fundamentally sound players.

The U13 program will introduce the first phase of development, teaching the kids terminology and a solid foundation of basic skills and fundamentals.

The U15 age group will take fundamentally-sound lacrosse and raise it to the next level while tackling more complex lacrosse strategy and improving overall Lacrosse IQ.

The high school Lakers is the premier travel team in Minnesota, with professional-grade instruction and a team blueprint that emphasizes player recruitment. The high school Lakers teams train and compete year-round for optimum development. With both summer and fall tournaments played across the country, the High School and Elite teams are the best way to increase both player skills and exposure.

The Lakers U19 team is designed for players that have been through the developmental program. Players will have the opportunity to play with instructors in recreational tournaments.
